Architectural facade lighting and new-build LED packages

Programmable facade lighting, building-outline and media facades for towers, resorts, venues and commercial buildings, plus complete LED lighting packages for new construction in Las Vegas, coordinated with the architect, engineers and GC.

Facade lighting

Turn the building into the landmark

Facade lighting is how a building is seen from across the valley at night. Today that usually means programmable RGB or RGBW LED: linear grazers and washers, pixel points for building outline, and media-mesh or direct-view LED for full-motion content.

The best facade projects start with the architecture. We work with the design team on what should glow, what should stay dark, how fixtures hide in the facade, and how the system will be controlled and maintained for years.

  • Linear wall-grazing and washing for towers and podiums
  • Pixel-mapped building outline and crown lighting
  • Media facades and LED mesh for video content
  • Landscape, canopy and soffit lighting
  • Show control, scheduling and remote monitoring

New construction

LED packages for new builds

Las Vegas keeps building: resorts, stadiums, towers, mixed-use and venues. On a new build, lighting touches structure, power, low-voltage, facade systems and finishes. We join the team early and stay through commissioning.

Design-assist

Options, mock-ups, product data and budget ranges while the design is still flexible.

Coordination

Mounting, power, data and access coordinated with the architect, MEP engineers and facade contractor.

Procurement

Lead times, submittals, attic stock and delivery planned against the GC schedule.

Install & commission

Licensed installation, addressing, programming and testing before handover.

ConditionWhat we plan for
Summer heatFixtures, drivers and power supplies rated for high ambient temperatures, with ventilation and remote driver locations where needed.
UV and sunUV-stable lenses, finishes and cable jackets, and brightness levels that still read at dusk.
Dust and windAppropriate ingress ratings, sealed connections and mounting engineered for wind loads.
AccessMaintenance plans for high-rise fixtures: swing stage, boom lift or rope access.
Light trespassAiming and shielding that respects guest rooms, neighbors and local lighting rules.

FAQ

Facade & new-build questions

When should lighting join a new-build project?
As early as schematic design. Facade lighting needs mounting details, power, data paths and access designed into the building. Added late, it costs more and compromises the design.
What's the difference between facade lighting and a media facade?
Facade lighting uses fixtures to wash, graze or outline the architecture, usually with programmable color. A media facade turns part of the building into a low-resolution or full video display using LED mesh, pixel points or direct-view panels.
Can you bid to our GC from plans and specs?
Yes. Send the plan-room link or documents with the bid date and we will price the lighting scope, list clarifications and name the licensed installing contractor.
Do you provide submittals and attic stock?
Yes. Product data, shop drawings where needed, and attic stock recommendations are part of every new-construction package.
Can facade lighting be controlled remotely?
Yes. Most systems run on a show controller with schedules and can be monitored and updated remotely, depending on the property's network rules.
